Organizing the training launch ceremony and launching the peak emulation period in 2023
On the morning of March 1, the District Military Command held a ceremony to launch the 2023 training campaign and launch a peak emulation campaign to celebrate the 75th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's call for patriotic emulation (June 11, 1948 - June 11, 2023).
Attending the ceremony, in the province were Lieutenant Colonel Do Thanh Thai, Deputy Political Commissar, Provincial Military Command; in the district were comrades: Ngo Dinh Thien, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the District Party Committee; Tran Minh Tri, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee; Le Van Muoi, member of the District Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the District People's Council; Mai Ne, member of the District Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee; Phan Cong Trinh, District Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee; leaders of relevant district agencies and units; Party Committee secretaries, Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes and towns; Military Commands of communes and towns; leaders of the Board of Directors of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai High School, Le Hong Phong High School, Pham Van Dong High School, and mobile and reserve militia forces of communes and towns.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, comrade Tran Minh Tri, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee requested leaders and commanders at all levels to continue to thoroughly grasp the training tasks and directions for each subject. Implement the training motto "basic, practical, solid", attach importance to synchronous and specialized training. Provide correct and sufficient training content and time for the subjects. Continue to promote the building of regular units, strictly follow military discipline, and be comprehensively strong to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation. On this occasion, the Provincial Military Command awarded certificates of merit to 01 collective and 01 individual; the District Military Command commended 03 collectives and 05 individuals for their achievements in the peak emulation campaign to celebrate the Party, celebrate the spring, and make great achievements to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and celebrate the year of the Cat in 2023.

Overview of the training launch ceremony
Organizing training for the district armed forces is one of the regular annual tasks of national defense and military work to build an increasingly strong force; meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation. The training content in 2023 follows the motto "Basic - practical - solid", focusing on synchronous, in-depth training, according to tasks close to the target and combat area, comprehensive training to improve the combat readiness of the district armed forces. Innovating the organization, training methods, training of commanding officers at all levels; training, practicing, and rehearsing close to combat practice, suitable to the target, combat area, and high-tech weapons warfare conditions. Improving the quality of building regular discipline, managing discipline training, and building a comprehensively strong unit. The training period of 9 months is divided into 2 phases, phase 01 starts from March 1 to July 15, 2023; Phase 2 starts from August 2 to December 15, 2023.
