On the afternoon of August 15, the People's Committee of Hoa Binh 1 commune held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee recognizing Hoa Binh 1 commune as meeting advanced new rural standards in 2021.

Recognized as a commune meeting new rural standards in 2015. After 7 years of continued implementation with the unanimous efforts of the Party Committee and the People, Hoa Binh 1 commune has achieved outstanding achievements in all fields. The face of the countryside has changed significantly, the whole commune has 5,991km of village and hamlet roads concreted according to technical standards, reaching 100%; Commune, inter-commune, and village and hamlet roads ensure "Bright, green, clean, beautiful" reaching 100%; on the roads, there are many trees and flowers such as golden bells, brocade, bougainvillea; 100% of households in the commune use safe and regular electricity from various sources. The People's Committee of the commune has a spacious communal cultural house, a sports area with an area of 8,000m2 in Phuoc Nong village including 02 artificial turf football fields for 05 people and 01 football field for 11 people to organize physical training and sports activities for the people. The criteria for electricity, schools, residential housing, employment, education, health, environment and food hygiene and safety, political system and access to law, infrastructure and rural trade, information and communication... are all ensured according to regulations. The average income per capita reaches nearly 50 million VND/person/year, the poverty rate is 0.36%. The proportion of agriculture in the economic structure of the commune has shifted in the right direction, implementing rice production models with high economic efficiency; livestock farming has gradually developed towards small and medium-sized concentrated farms and households, ensuring disease safety. Social security is ensured; national defense and security are maintained. The total resources mobilized in the construction of advanced new rural areas in the commune from 2016 to 2020 are more than 20 billion VND, of which the community contributed more than 4.1 billion VND.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council and Comrade Do Van Cap, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee presented 100 million VND to build welfare works for the commune.

With great determination, the commune has achieved 15/15 advanced NTM criteria and was recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as meeting advanced new rural standards in 2021 on July 13, 2022.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Ho Thi Nguyen Thao, member of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, efforts and continuous striving of the Party Committee, Government and People of Hoa Binh 1 commune in the emulation movement to build advanced new rural areas. In the coming time, she requested the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Hoa district as well as the Party Committee and Government of Hoa Binh 1 commune to continue to promote propaganda and mobilize people in building advanced new rural areas, aiming to build a model new rural commune; focus on economic development, promote cooperation to form production models according to the value chain, attract investment in industrial clusters, create jobs and increase income for people; continue to mobilize many capital sources to invest in completing more spacious infrastructure to serve people's lives; pay attention to social security policies, care for policy beneficiaries and poor households; Carry out well the work of ensuring security and order, strengthening national defense and security in Hoa Binh 1 commune in particular and Tay Hoa district in general.
