Functions and tasks

Duties and powers of the People's Committee of Hoa Dinh Tay Commune:

1. The People's Committee of the commune performs the duties and powers prescribed in Article 31 and Article 35 of the Law on Organization of Local Government 2015 and other issues under the authority of the People's Committee of the commune as prescribed by law.

2. The People's Committee of the commune implements the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress, the Resolution of the Commune People's Council, the directive documents of the District Party Committee, the District People's Committee, the Party Committee and the direction of the superiors into Decisions, Plans... of the People's Committee of the commune for implementation.

3. Report to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Party Committee, the People's Council of the commune, issues arising outside the plan for implementing the tasks of economic development, socio-culture, national defense and security of the locality that are sensitive in nature, affecting the economic, political and ideological life of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and people before implementation.
